One positive effect of the COVID pandemic is it has brought about a little more slowness and providing the choice of being present and happy in ones’ own home. This take of going from a ‘human doing’ to a ‘human being’ is very powerful.

Winter is a great time to really connect at home and play board games around the heater and fall into snuggle puddles. Are you doing these things this winter?

Sleep is the most powerful thing that you can do to boost your immune system

When you’re asleep, your lymphatic system is cleaning out, you’re getting melatonin activated which is vital to our immune system..

So take advantage of this cold, winter season to just snuggle up and get that long awaited rest that you deserve!

What else can you do in winter? EXERCISE!

Any simple things that you can do at home would be good enough: some push ups, squats, and a couple of sit-ups! Be resourceful – search for exercise videos online! Don’t make winter an excuse for you not to stay healthy and fit.
