Celebrating Love and Birthdays❣️

The 5 Love Languages – music edition 🎶🎧

Because this month is Claire’s birthday month, this week’s vid is a little different.. we have Suzie to entertain us.. woot! woot! 🎂🥳🎉

We just love celebrating birthdays and we want to emphasize that this only comes once a year (Claire does it every quarter though 😅) so it’s really important to spend this day with happiness and gratefulness.

How do we do that? Think of the 𝟓 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬💕. I’m sure you’re familiar with that. If not, look it up and do a little research on what each love language means.

Or, better yet, 🔊👂🏻listen in as Suzie talks more about them and how important it is to acknowledge each other’s unique love language. There’s a bonus challenge at the end too! 😎

📌Thumb Joint and Wrist Inflammation

This tennis player has been suffering from inflammation in his wrist and thumb joints for more than a month. But thankfully after several sessions, he was able to return to training and will complete several sessions until he’s able to recover. 🎾🙏🏻

Make sure that the body is in its finest form possible to make sure that you’re living the life that you love.

Each individual is unique. Have you come across a time where you express your affection to your significant other but they sometimes don’t get it⁉️ 🤔 Are we sure we’re communicating it the way that our partner wants to receive it?

Yes, those are big and valid questions. Even love can sometimes get lost in translation and it’s probably because each of us speaks different love languages. 🗣️🤗

The best way to avoid conflict is to really understand these 5 love languages and assess what language you speak and that of your partner. Go on, learn it and you’ll be amazed how it works! 💕❣️

We definitely love celebrating birthdays, we love celebrating life. 💚 And the best way we know how to do it is to keep ourselves in good shape and form, every single time! 💪🏻
