It’s winter time! ❄️☃️ It’s the time of the year again when we have to wear layers and layers of clothing just to keep our bodies warm.. And, other health concerns arise too!

Listen in as Claire talks about what happens to our bodies during this cold, winter season and how this somehow affects our winter health.

Suzie gets a bad case of the “SADs”.

When she lived in Victoria, and that cold cold wind hit and living in the winter uggies and coats … she would turn white. Now for Suzie with her tanned skin, white was hard to obtain and she did not enjoy it AT ALL!

So it was so important for her to continue the positive habits of: exercising well, catching up with friends and going out for dinner, dressing in 1000 layers to stay warm etc so as to beat her case of the ‘SADs’..

Repost from Dr. Renata IG and Amino Neuro Frequency Therapy – ANF Therapy

“When we get really cold, our blood vessels and everything constricts to our extremities, therefore our blood flow isn’t as great.. this impacts our lymphatic system, our immune system and the ability to get oxygen and minerals around the body.”

There are a lot of things that can happen during the cold weather.. So stay warm, stay healthy
