Chemicals Around Us

Yep, that’s true! Can’t emphasize it enough 🤓😏

It’s the 2nd quarter of 2022! 🤩
Time travels sooo fast, isn’t it? We have a lot of things in store for all of you, so let’s get right to it!

This whole month of April, we will dedicate our time to imparting our knowledge on critical items around our daily lifestyle – is it slowly killing us? 🤔We’re not talking about alcohol or drugs or anything like that, but way, way deeper.. CHEMICALS ⚗️🧪

😲 Did you know that our chemical exposure is getting more and more each day?

A 2018 research reveals almost one in five (18.9 per cent) Australians report chemical sensitivity, with more than one-third (6.5 per cent) medically diagnosed with Multiple Chemical Sensitivities (MCS), suffering health problems from exposure to common chemical products.

📢👂🏻 Listen in as Claire talks about what these chemicals are and how we’re exposed to them every day, just doing our daily activities, and how these chemicals are contributing to a lot of chronic diseases.

For the succeeding videos of this month, we’ll dive into what we can do – of course, we will not leave you hanging! 😉

📌Parkinson’s with LE Dystonia

📌 Since we are talking about chemicals all throughout this month, we’ll also include some known health issues that are closely related to it – one of it being Parkinson’s disease.

A new book, Ending Parkinson’s Disease, calls the increasing prominence of Parkinson’s “a man-made pandemic.” Its prevalence has closely tracked the growth of industrialization and has increased dramatically with the use of pesticides, industrial solvents and degreasing agents in countries throughout the world.

Sad but true..

On the bright side, here’s sharing the before and after vid of one of the success stories of this patient with Parkinson’s with LE dystonia since 2010. ANF really does awesome things! 🙌🏻🤩

👀Chemicals to watch for

Everyday in our lives, we are exposed to different kinds of chemicals which carry toxic burden. What does this mean to us? 🤔 Well, we definitely need to watch out for them! Otherwise, our health will slowly deteriorate without us even knowing it. 🤯

What are these chemicals, you ask? Here are a few ⬇️

🧪Organophosphate pesticides – These are found in pesticides and can make way onto crops that we use as food sources. Areas that spray pesticides heavily, such as farms, may find higher rates of exposure.

🧪Phthalates – They can be found in shampoos, conditioners, body sprays, hair sprays, perfumes, colognes, soap, and a lot more.

🧪Polybrominated diphenyl ethers – These chemicals are used as flame retardants, found usually in TVs, computers, insulation and foam products, including children’s toys and baby pillows.

🧪 Air pollutants – Air pollution from burning fossil fuels such as coal, oil or gas but can also include nitrogen dioxide, formaldehyde and benzene.

🧪Lead – Can be found in water because of corrosion from old water pipes. Lead is also used in a variety of products like industrial plants, car batteries and wheel weights.

🧪Mercury – Can be found in some household items such as thermometers, light bulbs and older-model clothes dryers and washing machines.

You know what to do! Awareness is key🗝️

All these autoimmune disorders and crazy cancers have just increased exponentially!”

Do you think this has something to do with the bucketful of chemicals we have inside our bodies on a daily basis? 🤔

We think so too! But watch out as next week we will be sharing some tips to make sure our ‘chemical buckets’ will never be full again 🪣💪🏻
