There’s a heart rhythm week too?
“Without your HEART, no oxygen.. And no oxygen, means no LIFE.”
lub dub, lub dub, lub dub, lub dub — goes our heart!
Why is heart rhythm important? Because if your heart deviates from this normal “lub dub” rhythm, it can be life threatening!
Listen in as Claire talks more about some of the causes of irregular heart rhythm and some tips to calm the heart down..
The circulatory system is made up of blood vessels that carry blood away from and towards the heart. Arteries carry blood away from the heart and veins carry blood back to the heart. The circulatory system carries oxygen, nutrients, and hormones to cells, and removes waste products, like carbon dioxide.

Let’s take care of our’s!
Claire actually had heart palpitations … an irregular heartbeat just a few years ago..
The reason? Claire had Scarlett Fever when she was a kid and the palpitations were a result of the virus bits leftover..
Well guess what, Claire disc’d herself with the virus protocol … as well as taking CoQ10 … and like magic, the heart normalized with its standard beat of about 60 beats per minute..
When you consider that a lot of Claire’s relatives have died from heart related issues, it was definitely concerning when she was having the irregular heartbeat in her early 40’s..
We all value our lives, so we should take care of our hearts!
