Imagine having such a limited range of movement that you are barely able to move your neck to look around. Or having such intense hip pain that you can’t move properly. That was what Sandy and John were experiencing before they came to Cluzie Clinic.
The team at Cluzie Clinic in Buderim were able to successfully diagnose the causes of both of these clients when no-one else could. Both Sandy and John had an inflamed lymphatic system.
“Patches are off and still no pain! Thank you for giving me this opportunity!” says John.
The lymphatic system is the cornerstone and the most important system in your body and it trumps almost everything in the hierarchy of systems for the body.
Head Practitioner, Claire Dunkley, likes to describe the lymphatic system as the body’s super highway.
“This giant network of lymphatic vessels and nodes acts like an internal sewerage system – a super drainage and filtration system – thus a need for this highway to flow like a clear, clean river” said Claire. “Just like a creek, if your lymphatic system gets blocked up or there is a traffic jam, look out!”
The team at Cluzie knows that an inflamed lymphatic system can lead to any number of health problems including pain and reduced mobility. Claire wants people to look out for the signs of a lymphatic ‘traffic jam’ including brain fog, bloating and passing gas, belching, burning skin, swelling, puffiness, oedema, scaly, rough skin, memory problems and muscle spasms.
All of these are signs that your internal sewerage system is blocked.
Claire says, “In my experience, not that many people know about the importance of the lymphatic system or its role in health. It is not something that is covered greatly in medical or nursing schools, but that doesn’t mean there’s nothing that can be done.”
Claire shares three top tips to spring clean your lymphatic system with her clients.
1. Stop the drip by reducing your chemical exposure. “I like to use the bucket analogy here. Every time you get exposed to a chemical, there’s going to be that little drip in a bucket that eventually accumulates. Take some time to go through the things you use and try to go as chemical-free as possible” says Claire.
2. Reset the body: do an ANF Therapy Lymphatic and Gut overhaul. Amino Neuro Frequency (ANF) Therapy works to reset the frequencies within the body to assist in the removal of inflammation and improve lymphatic flow and liver function. It helps by working directly on nerve cells so that normal functioning can return and the body starts its self-healing process like it is designed to do.
3. Get moving! Movement and breathing exercises can get the lymphatics pumping and helps unclog the highway. Walking, dancing, yodelling or singing are just a few examples that help the lymphatics get more flow.
