Tips to Handle Stress

Feeling a little stressed lately? Grab a stress ball!

The most surprising thing I learned about stress balls is that they are not meant for throwing at people. You can’t throw a stress ball hard enough to hurt someone, and if you do happen to hit them with it, your hand will absorb all of the impact instead of their head – which would be bad news.

So what should you do? You squeeze and release it until your heart rate goes back down. That way, when somebody asks what that little thingy in your hand was used for, you can say “I don’t know.” Or better yet, just give them one of their own so they feel less stressed out.

You would think that in this technology-driven world, our stress levels would be at an all-time low. But the opposite is true. We are constantly taking on new responsibilities and meeting deadlines while juggling social obligations, family commitments, and trying to take care of ourselves too. It’s no wonder we’re so stressed! The good news is that there are many ways to combat stress–from changing your diet to breaking down your work into manageable chunks. ✔

Trigger finger and sciatic problems

⚡️ WHAT TRIGGER FINGER? ANF DOES IT AGAIN ⚡️

The patient came to the clinic with trigger finger and sciatic problems which had afflicted her for years. She had surgery done on both her hands previously and although it eased off some of her pain and numbness, she was still unable to clench her fists.

See how in less than 30 minutes of ANF Therapy, she was able to close her fists much better than before. And this was only her first session.

In subsequent treatments, with our unique combo of chiropractic, ANF and various other therapies, we were able to help her even further, alleviating her hand issues and sciatic pain till they were almost all gone.

So if you or someone you know suffers from trigger finger, carpal tunnel or sciatica, share this post with them. Let them know that help is available. You need not live in pain…
