Did you know? 🤔
January is Walk Your Dog Month! 🦮
So, what are you waiting for? Get up, get moving and begin this year with a better health for you and your dog! 😎🐶
🎉 After all the festivities we had over the holidays, it is just about right to show our liver some love. This month, we also celebrate 𝑳𝒐𝒗𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝑳𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒓 𝑨𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝑴𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒉!💙
We have always been very vocal that the liver is one of the largest and most important organs in our body, performing over 500 different functions, while also helping other organs do their jobs in order to keep us alive. This month, we’d like to encourage everyone to show our livers some love by doing something healthy. 🙌😍
What can we do then? Let us know what you plan to do to show your liver some extra love this January! 💚
Pain Therapy
📣 Update on one of the tennis players
This tennis player has been finally cleared to fully bear weight by his physician who was happy with his progression by the way.
Who wouldn’t with ANF!!!
Within 5 minutes after disc’ing him, he could squat down without any pain. His squats with the ANF discs were more fluid, deeper and more secure. 🦵💪
Pain Therapy
A competitive tennis player who has had pain in his abdominal muscle for more than 7 months came to the clinic to be evaluated. He graded his pain at 3 while he was contracting his abdominal muscle.
Within 5 minutes after disc’ing him, his pain was gone. (Due to technical malfunction, the after video was taken the day after).
🦮 Dog walks may sometimes feel more of a chore than a good time, but it is definitely a perfect bonding time for you and your pup. Not only that, it’s a great way to exercise too! 🤓 Regular walks and exercise can help control your dog’s weight and limit the chances of them becoming obese.
Regardless of how you do it, walking your dog this month or this whole year-round is one of the easiest ways to exercise and enjoy each other’s company. Make it a New Year goal too! 🤩😎
It’s not enough to just love our liver every January or on selected months of the year. Rather, it has to be observed every single day. 👀 Here’s sharing some tips on how we can show our liver some love 💙
By loving your liver and improving its health, you stand to reap a wide range of health and wellbeing benefits including improved infection and disease control, increased energy levels and improved mental health. 💪
