This is the last in our month series on Spring Cleaning.

We are ending on a high with getting rid of the cobwebs from our minds. Claire shares her suggestions on how to really get all those spiders and webs out of the brain to live a healthy life from inside the brain to outside!

You are the ‘sum of the five people you surround yourself with’

This week we are talking about spring cleaning your mind. Now if you have a look at the five people you spend the most time with, consider:
– how much money do they have?
– do they lift you up or bring you down when you are with them?
– do they bitch and moan OR see the positive in life?
– are they sporty or health focused?

Bets are on, that you earn within 5% of the median of the five people and have a similar attitude and reaction to life as them.

This info could be a slap in the face or a slap on the back – which one are you?
